Partner Yoga is a different way to experience yoga by exploring balance, strength, connection, and play. Using a combination of yoga and acro-yoga, we will move through various partner-supported balance, stretch, and strength-building exercises.

Bookended with gentle partner yoga, this workshop will also explore a little bit of Acro-yoga play. Tina and Jamie will guide you through symbiotic support, flexibility, and relaxation.

Great for Valentine’s Day, but not limited to romantic partners. Bring a friend or family member!
